Location: Norcross, GA & Omaha, NE

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead delivery while staying close to the technology. This role is not hands-on coding, but requires strong technical understanding to review code, validate designs, and guide engineering teams. You will drive execution of cloud-based, microservices applications while ensuring quality and alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of microservices-based applications
Review code and validate technical designs without being actively involved in coding
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and support smooth deployments
Coordinate across development, QA, and DevOps teams to remove blockers
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
Support cloud-based delivery across AWS environments
Encourage use of modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve team productivity

Key Skills

Strong understanding of Java/Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Ability to review code and provide technical guidance
Experience with APIs, backend systems, and modern web applications
Familiarity with cloud (AWS), CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes (high-level understanding is sufficient)
Experience working in Agile environments (Azure DevOps or similar tools)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
