UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in a hybrid capacity at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA office. The ideal candidate will combine strong user experience expertise with a passion for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.

• Create responsive and adaptive layouts optimized for web and mobile devices.

• Ensure designs meet ADA compliance and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex applications.

• Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to enhance UI design.

• Utilize Figma design tokens for scalable and consistent design implementation.

• Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience in design systems.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and mapping user flows.

• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.

• Strong UI design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

• Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for multiple platforms.

• Understanding of ADA compliance and accessibility standards.

• Experience leveraging Figma design tokens to maintain scalable, consistent design systems.
