Summary
Responsibilities
- Design and improve the data architecture connecting CRM, onboarding, MDM, ERP, and third-party data sources.
- Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, including mapping mismatches, sync gaps, and data carryover defects.
- Develop validation and enrichment pipelines with a strong preference for API-based integrations where possible.
- Support data models and pipelines that enable document data extraction and validation feedback loops.
- Build reporting and analytics layers that help track cycle time, SLA performance, bottlenecks, queue impact, completeness, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with architecture, compliance, and security stakeholders to support safe handling of sensitive data.
- Use AI coding agents to accelerate development, troubleshooting, testing, and rapid prototyping of integration fixes.
- Help establish technical standards for pipeline development, monitoring, and quality across the team.
- Communicate findings and progress to program leadership and stakeholder groups in a clear, collaborative way.
- Extensive experience in data engineering or data architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven background leading data engineering teams and supporting multiple delivery priorities.
- Strong experience integrating data across CRM, ERP, and master data management platforms.
- Deep knowledge of data quality remediation, validation logic, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience building analytics and reporting pipelines for operational and business metrics.
- Hands-on experience using or directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfort working with sensitive or regulated data in partnership with compliance teams.
- Experience with enterprise integration or middleware platforms.
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or GPO/rebate-related data models.
- Familiarity with AI- or LLM-based document extraction workflows.
- Relevant certifications in data architecture, data management, or related platforms.
- Experience supporting transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and complex system dependencies.
