Power Platform Developer (Entry–Level to Junior)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to join our team in an entry-level to junior capacity. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that help automate workflows, streamline processes, and empower users across the organization.

The ideal candidate is passionate about low-code development, eager to learn, and comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You should have a solid understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services, along with a desire to grow your expertise within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
  • Integrate Power Apps with data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
  • Create automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for real-time analytics and data visualization.
  • Ensure solutions meet organizational standards for security, data governance, and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay current with new Power Platform features, updates, and best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and user experience through continuous improvement.
  • Document development processes, including user guides, deployment steps, and technical notes.

  • Microsoft Power Platform

  • Microsoft Dataverse
  • SQL
  • Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, etc.)


Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of Power Apps experience
  • 1+ years of Power BI experience

This is a long-term contract opportunity onsite in Austin, TX and no sponsorship can be provided. Candidates must pass a 7-year background check.
