Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain Data Views and Connections within Adobe CJA, ensuring optimal data structuring for advanced analytics.
Leverage deep expertise in Adobe CJA to continuously optimize data views and reporting frameworks, incorporating the latest Adobe feature releases and best practices.
Collaborate with Journey Management teams to ensure alignment between Adobe CJA and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for accurate and actionable analytics.
Design and implement workarounds for product limitations, crafting custom reporting solutions to meet complex analytical requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe CJA, including Connections, Data Views, and advanced analytics features.
Strong conceptual and functional expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources, including paid media, first-party data, and real-time behavioral data.
Familiarity with API integrations and data ingestion processes within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
Experience in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industry is a plus.
