Job Title: TM1 Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE & Jersey City, NJ, (Onsite/Hybrid as per client needs)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced TM1 Developer to support IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development, enhancements, and production support for financial planning and reporting applications. The role involves close collaboration with business users, finance teams, and upstream/downstream systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain TM1/IBM Planning Analytics models, cubes, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes
Build and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions
Perform data integration from multiple source systems into TM1
Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support upgrades, deployments, and documentation

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics
Expertise in TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting, rules, and cube design
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications
Solid SQL knowledge and experience with data integration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in banking or financial services (JPMC preferred)
Exposure to Cognos Analytics or other reporting tools
Prior experience working with Mphasis or large enterprise environments

Experience:

7+ years of relevant TM1 / Planning Analytics experience
