Description

SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering and development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026.

Positions are contingent pending contract award.

Position is based in Arlington, Virginia. Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Knowledge Management Team to ensure the knowledge management system is populated, maintained, and continuously improved across all program, customer, and user activities.
  • Design, build, operate, maintain, and populate a WDP Knowledge Management system that captures information associated with building, testing, authorizing, operation, training, and using the WDP and all of its service offerings.
  • Design, build, operate, and maintain a WDP Knowledge Management system that operates across all WDP Cloud Service Provider (CSP) / Security Environments.
  • Populate and maintain the WDP Knowledge Management system with information across all WDP program, customer, and user activities.
  • Support the development and delivery of engaging and scalable training curricula based on user studiest.
  • Collect, organize, and make available knowledge and information from the WDP program team operations and customers to improve the training and operations.
  • Plan for, publish schedule of, and conduct regular WDP community forums to share ideas, problems, issues, successes, and best practices regarding the use and operation of the WDP.
  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System to archive outdated material, ensure continuity of access, improve navigability, and provide current and consistent information to all user groups.
  • Employ AI capabilities to automate and empower more effective knowledge generation, management, discoverability, and utilization.
  • Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions.


Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
  • Expertise in knowledge management systems, including design, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information effectively across diverse program, customer, and user activities.
  • Strong skills in facilitating community forums and engaging stakeholders to share best practices and address challenges.
  • Proficiency in archiving, updating, and ensuring the accessibility and navigability of knowledge resources for multiple user groups.
  • Experience in employing AI tools for automating and enhancing knowledge generation, discovery, and utilization.
  • Competence in system administration, integration, and developing solutions for complex application, system, or network issues.
  • Ability to operate knowledge management systems across various security environments and service offerings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with program teams and customers to improve operations.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors & 10 years of related experience, Masters & 7 years of experience, or PhD and 4 years experience.
