Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in bridging technical and business needs, driving process improvements, and ensuring project success. This role requires a highly analytical individual with over 10 years of experience in business analysis and a strong ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and recommend effective solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Review and analyze documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Facilitate Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with call center teams to enhance customer service processes and improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation to support decision-making and project tracking.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and achieve organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
Perform gap analysis to assess current state versus desired outcomes and propose actionable strategies.
Support project delivery by monitoring progress and addressing issues or risks proactively.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success.
Expertise in call center operations and customer service processes.
Strong skills in document review and ensuring compliance with standards.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools.
Ability to perform gap analysis and develop actionable strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with creating detailed documentation and reports to support business objectives.
