Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in professional services, client implementations, or data migration projects
Strong experience with SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, AS400)
Experience extracting and transforming data from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources
Ability to gather and analyze system requirements for data acquisition initiatives
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing environments

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Familiarity with process automation and ETL workflows
Exposure to reporting tools and data visualization platforms
Knowledge of accounting, finance, payroll, or general business processes
Experience working within Agile or SDLC-based project environments
Consulting or client services experience is a plus
