Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Microsoft .NET development and SQL Server skills, along with substantial hands-on experience in test automation and software quality engineering. The individual will contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of web-based applications that automate complex business processes. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into maintainable solutions and reliable test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC architecture.

Apply object-oriented programming principles to build scalable, maintainable application components.

Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML, as applicable to the solution.

Design, query, and support Microsoft SQL Server databases; interpret existing data models and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures using joins, grouping, sorting, and related logic.

Develop and maintain automated tests based on existing manual test cases and business requirements.

Build reusable test-step libraries and shared automation components that can be incorporated into cross-application test suites.

Contribute to tools and practices that increase organization-wide adoption, reuse, and effectiveness of automated regression testing.

Use Java, Python, shell scripting, or another suitable language to support test automation activities.

Prepare and maintain test tools, test environments, testing harnesses, test data sets, and test cases for functional, system, integration, performance, and regression testing.

Create and maintain test requirements, test plans and strategies, test specifications, test configuration documentation, and testing platform architecture documentation.

Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into test requirements, test scenarios, and test cases.

Analyze test execution results, identify defects and anomalies, refine test data and scripts, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Perform SQL-based data manipulation, reporting, and validation; support parallel testing and automated testing activities.

Document business use cases, business rules, and functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate elicitation and documentation methods.

Use defect tracking and test management tools to record, prioritize, track, and report defects and testing progress.

Support database-related deployment and configuration activities for multi-tier web applications backed by Microsoft SQL Server.

Communicate progress, risks, findings, and technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience within the last 10 years as a software developer, leading or participating in technical implementation of software, systems, or applications that automate complex business processes.

At least 8 years of experience designing and developing web applications using Microsoft .NET/ASP.NET, MVC architecture, C#, object-oriented concepts, and UI technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML.

At least 8 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies, including interpreting application data models and writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

At least 5 years of experience implementing automated testing on projects for large organizations, including creating automated tests from manual test cases and business requirements.

At least 5 years of experience preparing and maintaining testing harnesses, test tools, test environments, test data, and test cases for different testing types.

At least 5 years of experience producing testing documentation such as test requirements, test plans and strategies, test specifications, test configuration, and testing platform architecture.

At least 3 years of experience performing data manipulation, reporting, and validation using SQL queries.

At least 5 years of experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM, or JAMA.

At least 5 years of experience analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements and converting them into test requirements and test cases.

At least 5 years of experience analyzing test results, generating test scripts, identifying defects or anomalies, and refining test data or test cases.

At least 3 years of experience with requirements elicitation and documenting business use cases, business rules, and functional and non-functional requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.

Strong T-SQL experience, including stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions, views, and complex queries.

At least 2 years of experience performing parallel testing and automated testing.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Working knowledge of database administration tasks related to deployment and configuration of multi-tier web applications using Microsoft SQL Server.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field from an accredited institution. Documentation may be required for verification.
