Lead Onshore Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

Qualitest is seeking an accomplished Lead Onshore Full-Stack Developer with mandatory HealthEdge platform expertise to drive high-impact healthcare technology initiatives. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and offshore team management, delivering enterprise-grade solutions for complex healthcare systems.

HealthEdge experience is a compulsory requirement for this role. Candidates without HealthEdge expertise will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and manage offshore development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent delivery of high-quality code.
• Evaluate, interview, and hire offshore talent to build and sustain strong engineering teams.
• Remain hands-on in development, setting the standard for engineering excellence and best practices.
• Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Track delivery progress and ensure offshore milestones and deliverables are met on time.
• Ensure technical alignment between onshore leadership, offshore teams, and overall solution architecture.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• HealthEdge Platform Expertise (Mandatory):
• Strong hands-on experience with HealthEdge products and healthcare pricing systems.
• 8 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable back-end services.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor offshore development teams.
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including:
• Cloud computing
• DevOps methodologies
• CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber).
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Additional healthcare domain experience beyond pricing systems
