Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of warehouse-management or warehouse-execution implementation experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS implementation or support experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of receiving, putaway, replenishment, wave planning, allocation, picking, packing, loading, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control.
• Experience configuring warehouse master data, facility structures, locations, zones, tasking, RF/mobile processes, inventory statuses, and exception-management processes.
• Automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier, plant-logistics, sequencing-center, or JIT/JIS warehouse experience.
• Experience with returnable packaging, dunnage, racks, container loops, line-side supermarkets, and Kanban replenishment.
• Experience integrating WMS with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Transportation, and external material-handling or print systems.
• Strong knowledge of barcodes, RF scanning, lot/serial traceability, containerization, label printing, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, automotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, or complex distribution operations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, process-design, testing, training, and operational-support skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AS/RS, conveyors, warehouse-control systems, pick-to-light, voice picking, RFID, AMRs, or other automation technologies.
• Experience with transportation execution, ASN compliance, carrier integration, dock scheduling, and yard operations.
