Job Title: Microsoft Viva Consultant 

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Viva Consultant to support a short-term engagement for a client implementing a Rewards & Recognition solution using the Microsoft Viva platform. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Viva with the organization''''s HR applications to deliver an engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Viva solutions, with a focus on Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and Rewards & Recognition capabilities.
• Develop and customize employee recognition and rewards workflows.
• Integrate Microsoft Viva with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or other HR applications.
• Build integrations using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure permissions, governance, and security within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
• Document solution architecture, integration design, and user guides.
