Lead PLM Business Process Analyst to support and advance the organization's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping maximize the value of Windchill across the enterprise while driving process improvement initiatives and future-state PLM strategy.
 
This is not a traditional Windchill administrator position. The team already has dedicated administrators supporting the platform. Rather, seeking a lead-level professional who understands how PLM technology aligns with business processes and product development lifecycles. The ideal candidate will help optimize how the business leverages Windchill while providing high-level support and guidance across multiple functional areas.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of relevant PLM, Business Systems, or Product Development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on PTC Windchill experience.

• 2+ years of experience or exposure to PTC Creo (formerly Pro/Engineer).

• Experience supporting complex configurable products within manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, powersports, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management and workflow best practices.

• Experience working with BOMs and product data management.

• Experience supporting integrations between PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems.

• Strong facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity across teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Product Owner experience.

• Product Management experience.

• Experience with Digital Thread initiatives and PLM roadmap development.

• SAP integration experience.

• Power BI or similar analytics/reporting experience.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
