prefer a local candidate who can travel for standups
Schedule: Monday - Friday, core business hours
Key Responsibilities- Drive execution of an active enterprise implementation project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Partner closely with technical teams to support solution delivery across platforms such as Sabre, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Establish, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and critical paths.
- Oversee system integrations and coordinate effectively with third-party vendors.
- Improve overall project hygiene, including documentation, tracking, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, business teams, and technical leadership.
- Provide clarity and direction by interpreting vendor input and translating it into actionable plans.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management.
- Proven success leading large-scale software or systems implementations.
- Strong experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in project planning, timeline management, and delivery execution.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Salesforce environments
- Exposure to vendor-driven system implementations (e.g., Sabre or similar platforms)
