Summary
Position : UX Designer
Location : Chandler, AZ /Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Job Type : W2 Contract
Job Description :
We are seeking a UX Designer with experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for banking or financial services applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly web and mobile experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility and responsive design standards.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of UX Design experience.
- Banking or financial services domain experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
