Job Summary:The Project Manager will oversee the operational support services for enterprise infrastructure environments including Unix/Linux servers, Windows servers, storage platforms, virtualization, database systems, and messaging platforms.
The Project Manager will manage daily operations and ensure service delivery for the enterprise infrastructure supporting mission systems.
Nature of WorkThe operational environment includes:
- Unix/Linux servers
- Windows server environments
- VMware virtualization platforms
- enterprise storage systems
- backup and archiving services
- messaging platforms
- ServiceNow-driven ticket management
The team supports incident response, maintenance, system upgrades, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational infrastructure support teams
- Oversee daily service delivery operations
- Manage incident response and ticket resolution
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance activities
- Develop operational improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing and resource allocation
- Lead operational transition and onboarding
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements
- Coordinate with government stakeholders
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years managing IT projects
- Experience managing diverse enterprise infrastructure teams
- Experience supporting federal IT environments
- Experience managing infrastructure operations programs
- PMP
- ITIL V4
