ServiceNow MDM Developer/ServiceNow Platform Developer (MDM)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow MDM Solution Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM). This role requires deep technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and a strong sense of ownership in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement product-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on MDM
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Certified Master Architects (CMA) / Certified Technology Architects (CTA) to design and deliver complex modules
• Support and extend the capabilities of architecture teams to meet project goals and timelines
• Take end-to-end ownership of solution delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) or similar enterprise data solutions
• Experience working with Product Owners and senior technical architects (CMA/CTA)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and development best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
