Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SRE Lead with strong Java expertise to lead application reliability, scalability, performance, and production operations for enterprise applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead SRE initiatives and mentor SRE/DevOps engineers.

Develop and support Java/Spring Boot microservices.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems.

Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.

Lead incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution.

Build automation to reduce operational toil and manual processes.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.

Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, ELK, etc.

Perform Java/JVM and application performance tuning.

Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills:

Strong SRE, DevOps, and production support experience

Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs

AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform

Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform

Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI

Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk/ELK/Datadog

Linux, SQL, Kafka/Redis

Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
