The Senior Business Systems / Test Analyst serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Ideal candidate will have insurance administration experience. This role is responsible for business systems analysis, test coordination, data validation, quality assurance, reporting, and project support across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is technically hands-on and mission-minded, bringing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to service.
Leads complex analysis, testing, and production support for medical and life insurance systems. Acts as a liaison between business, compliance, and technology teams and mentor's analysts.
Exercises independent judgment within regulatory frameworks. Influences system and process decisions across departments. Owns outcomes for assigned systems or initiatives.
