ob Description (Posting). | Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead with lightning framework Job Summary As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning, you will be responsible for leading the technical team, providing guidance on code development, and ensuring the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce applications. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications using salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning. 2. Provide expertise in customizing salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements. 3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 4. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in salesforce development. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications. 6. Stay updated with the latest salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of salesforce implementations. 7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed. Skill Requirements 1.
