Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – MES Applications (Apriso) with strong expertise in Apriso MES development, database design, application support, performance optimization, and upgrade activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple Apriso versions, discrete manufacturing processes, MES implementation, and integration with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, support, test, and deploy Apriso applications across versions 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2025.
- Lead and support Apriso upgrade project activities.
- Perform database design, development, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and improve application performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Design and improve application screens using HTML and CSS within Process Builder.
- Create and execute test cases, prepare test reports, and support implementation activities.
- Create packages and deploy them to multiple servers using Global Process Manager.
- Configure Central Configuration, CSS, and Configuration Manager.
- Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, architecture, software design, development, testing, implementation, and end-user training.
- Work within Agile development methodologies.
- Support real-time production environments and troubleshoot application issues.
- Implement and support MES solutions using Apriso and Ignition.
- Develop web services and integrate MES applications with ERP systems.

Apriso MES
- Strong expertise in Apriso versions 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2025.
- Process Builder.
- FlexNet Translation Tool.
- Global Process Manager.
- Machine Integrator.
- Apriso Portal.
- Central Configuration, CSS, and Configuration Manager.
- Package creation and deployment across multiple servers.
- Apriso upgrade and post-upgrade activities.
Database & Development
- Expert knowledge of database design, development, and support.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL, and complex SQL query optimization.
- Expertise in JavaScript.
- HTML and CSS for screen design and customization.
- Experience developing web services and business integrations.
MES Implementation & Manufacturing
- Experience implementing Ignition and Apriso MES solutions.
- Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience integrating MES with ERP systems.
- Understanding of enterprise and web-based applications.
Testing, Support & Performance
- Experience writing and executing test cases and preparing test reports.
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience improving application and screen performance.
- Experience in deployment, post-upgrade activities, and real-time production support.
