Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to support enterprise-scale privileged access management (PAM) operations focused on non-human service accounts. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, onboarding, and maintaining service accounts in CyberArk, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently within complex IAM workflows. This position supports a high-volume operational environment and partners closely with application owners across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Technical Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize 300+ Jira tickets per month related to non-human service account onboarding and maintenance.
  • Review and validate service account requests, ensuring eligibility for CyberArk vaulting based on defined policies and criteria.
  • Perform privileged access and password vaulting operations in CyberArk, including:
    • Secure storage of privileged credentials (service accounts, domain admin, root)
    • Automated password rotation and lifecycle management
    • Access control, permissions validation, and audit logging
    • Credential injection and integration with servers, applications, and DevOps tooling
  • Cross-reference multiple data sources, source files, and documentation to validate account ownership, usage, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to vault onboarding, synchronization, access failures, policy enforcement, or session errors.
  • Support audit, compliance, and reporting needs through accurate documentation and evidence collection.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze and maintain large datasets (up to millions of service accounts across the enterprise).
  • Use Excel (Power Query, VLOOKUPs) and Tableau to manipulate data and build dashboards and metrics.
  • Track trends, volumes, and operational metrics to support process optimization and management reporting.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with application owners and internal customers to validate requests and educate them on policy requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Participate in moderately complex information security initiatives and planning efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent (IAM, PAM, Cybersecurity Operations).
  • Experience managing or analyzing non-human/service accounts at enterprise scale.
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, including:
    • Password vaulting and secure credential storage
    • Automated password rotation
    • Least privilege and just-in-time access
    • Audit logging and compliance controls
  • Hands-on experience with IAM / PAM platforms (CyberArk preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, VLOOKUPs, and large dataset analysis.
  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (Tableau strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct hands-on experience with CyberArk (PAM, onboarding, rotation, policy enforcement).
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault or other credential management platforms.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment supporting thousands of applications and accounts.
  • knowledge of compliance and regulatory controls related to PAM (SOX, FFIEC, ISO, etc.).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Background as an Information Security Analyst with some engineering exposure (non-coding).
Additional Information
  • This is a backfill role supporting a critical operational function.
  • All resumes must be submitted through Beeline; resumes submitted outside of Beeline will not be reviewed.
  • No direct contact with the hiring manager during the active recruitment period.
