Summary

Position: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Location: Fully Remote (West Coast candidates preferred)
Type: FTE

Mandatory Requirements:

Active ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (must be current and verifiable)
Extensive experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level ServiceNow transformations
Strong expertise in platform architecture, governance, roadmap strategy, and enterprise design
Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives
Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem, modules, integrations, and best practices

Ideal Profile:

Strategic thinker with enterprise architecture background
Experience defining long-term ServiceNow vision and operating models
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and transformation delivery skills
