IT Subject Matter SME

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Kforce has a client in Huntsville, AL that is seeking an IT Subject Matter SME.

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation
* Participates as needed in all phases of development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases
* Typically requires specialization in particular software or business application utilized in an end user environment
* Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience migration from Oracle to Postgres
* Postgres expert
* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
