Job#: 3022623 Job Description: Talent Capability Enablement SpecialistOnsite 3x a week in North Austin3-month contractRole PurposeThe Talent Capability Enablement Specialist is the "glue" between Workforce Architecture & Planning and Learning & Development-ensuring capability strategy flows seamlessly from model plan enablement impact across Technical, Product, and Leadership domains. You'll translate competency and workforce-planning outputs into AI-powered playbooks, Workboard-embedded toolkits, and experiential journeys that close prioritized skill gaps, drive performance, and embed learning into the flow of work.
Key Responsibilities1. Capability Program Design & Delivery- Lead quarterly capability-prioritization sprints with HRBPs and business leaders-identify the top technical, product, and leadership gaps each quarter and map enablement plans.
- Design and deliver experiential journeys (workshops, simulations, cohort bootcamps) that embed into daily workflows via Workboard.
- Leverage AI diagnostic bots to surface emerging skill gaps in Technical, Product, and Leadership domains and automatically trigger personalized micro-learning modules.
- Develop "capability toolkits" (playbooks, job aids, scorecards) and embed them directly into Workboard templates and dashboards.
- Partner with the Workboard Admin team to configure program templates, automated nudges, and real-time reporting dashboards that connect enablement to performance metrics.
2. Framework Integration & Delivery- Partner with Workforce Architecture & Planning to convert updated competency models and workforce-planning insights into enablement blueprints-for technical, product, and leadership capabilities.
- Ensure each intervention links to performance, readiness, and promotion criteria by embedding goal-links and progress-trackers in Workboard.
- Co-create AI-enabled playbooks and job aids that operationalize skills for on-the-job application.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Sequence and integrate enablement across Technical Academy, Product & Leadership Enablement, and L&D SMEs-ensuring a unified learner journey.
- Align with HRBPs and business leaders to validate gap priorities, secure sponsorship, and schedule enablement interventions.
- Coordinate with OD and Talent Acquisition to embed critical skill modules into hiring and onboarding workflows.
4. Behavioral Analytics & Continuous Improvement- Monitor adoption and proficiency via AI-enabled dashboards that span Workboard, LMS, and other analytics tools.
- Conduct quarterly impact reviews with COEs, HRBPs, and business leaders-use NPS, proficiency lift, and performance data to refine programs.
- Iterate content and tool configurations based on emerging business needs and capability trends.
5. Enterprise Enablement Governance- Define standards, templates & quality criteria for all capability-enablement offerings and Workboard workflows.
- Audit programs and workflows quarterly for consistency, scalability, and alignment to company's enterprise framework.
- Serve as the center-of-excellence advisor on capability enablement, Workboard design, and operational best practices.

Bachelor's required; Master's in OD, HRD, or related field preferred
