Commercial Performance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Leads deep dive/ad hoc analysis on evolving share, volume and segment issues and recommends appropriate action plans
* Analyzes impact of sales & marketing performance drivers: distribution, displays, features, space, price dynamics, brand health, media spend to develop insights & recommendations
* Transforms insights into recommendations to through simple, visual, and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholders
* Liaises regularly with key marketing, sales, and insights stakeholders
* Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance
* Understands competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 0-1 years of experience or entry level applicant
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (proficient - VLOOKUP's & large data sets and visualizing data)
* Ability to create and Maintain Power BI Dashboards strongly preferred
* Experience in a programming language (object-oriented or database language) preferred
* Must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and be a self-sufficient running projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
