Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flow automations, platform configurations, and administrative components to support business processes and application functionality.
- Implement and manage Salesforce security using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and other access-control mechanisms.
- Manage DevOps and deployment activities using Salesforce DX, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and established release management practices.
- Execute data migration and ETL processes, configure Experience Cloud and Community Plus, and develop reports and dashboards to support operational and business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7 years of experience in Salesforce Flow automation, Salesforce security models, DevOps and deployment management, and data migration and ETL processes. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Platform configuration and administration for Public Sector Solutions (PSS) licensing, Experience Cloud and Community Plus, and report and dashboard development.

- Experience managing Salesforce access controls, automated business processes, data migration, and reporting capabilities to support operational efficiency, data integrity, and secure information access.
- Experience supporting application deployments, Experience Cloud and Community Plus functionality, and business reporting through collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
