Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Data Visualization Developer with strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, SQL, Data Manipulation, and Query Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and advanced visualizations.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
Connect Tableau to multiple data sources and build reporting solutions.
Publish and manage dashboards on Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.
Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy.
Troubleshoot dashboard, data source, and performance-related issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into actionable dashboards.

Mandatory Requirements

5+ years of Tableau Desktop development experience.
Hands-on experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.
Strong SQL and database querying skills.
Experience with data transformation and manipulation.
Experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Healthcare domain experience.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise reporting environments.
Knowledge of Tableau governance and best practices.
