Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant with strong expertise in Collections Management to support the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC and a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP FSCM Collections Management.
Design and maintain collection strategies, collection groups, and worklists.
Configure Business Partner (BP) master data and collection profiles.
Implement and support Promise-to-Pay, Resubmissions, Customer Contacts, and Correspondence.
Integrate FSCM Collections with FI-AR, Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Cash Application.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Perform configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and production support.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

SAP Finance/FSCM experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FSCM Collections Management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Knowledge of FI-AR, Business Partner (BP), Credit Management, and Dispute Management.
Experience with collection strategies, worklists, Promise-to-Pay, and customer correspondence.
Strong understanding of integration with SAP FI modules.
Experience with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
