Service Now Lead
Introduction: As a Service Now Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in maintaining existing Scoped Applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will need to be highly proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Workflow, REST API Integrations, and CMDB. Your role will involve technical leadership, team management, and ensuring the successful delivery of platform capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in maintaining existing Scoped Applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Workflow, REST API Integrations, and CMDB.
- Deliver own stories and provide mentoring to team members to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
- Guide developers, promote best practices, review code, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, handle sprints, and ensure on-time delivery of platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive platform delivery.
