Summary

Role : Associate Supply Chain Manager

Location: Franksville, WI (ONSITE)

Job Type : Contract

"Responsible for inventory management of raw materials, components and chemicals for finished goods

made at contract manufacturers. Plans supply to ensure sufficient finished goods inventory. Reviews

material availability and lead times, inventory carrying costs, and customer demand when managing

replenishment. Consults with other managers and key personnel in Sales & Marketing, Production and

Supply Chain to gather information necessary to develop and maintain supply.

Maintain minimal to no backorders on all products

released to market.

Build and maintain inventory to levels agreed upon in

management objectives.

Perform analysis of materials and determine optimum

safety stock."

"Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or Associates Degree in Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or applicable.

Experience in supply chain such as purchasing, supplier management,

demand planning and/or supply planning and

2+ years 2-5 years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of training,

education, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties

of the position and Ability to effectively interact cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D,

Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.

Experience dealing with suppliers and ability to multi-task, prioritize work and implement

process and efficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

High degree of competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

Familiarity with an ERP system and common software applications.

Personal skills

Proven ability to effectively interact with multi-functional areas (Marketing, Sales,

Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.).

Experience coordinating multi-discipline activities."
