Summary
Sales Head – USA (IT Services)
Location: Schaumburg, IL(Onsite)
Fulltime/ Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales strategy and action plans aligned with company goals
• Lead revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets across the USA region
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15–20 years of sales leadership experience in IT Services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the USA region
