Job Description:

We are seeking a Front-End Engineer with strong experience in modern Angular to join a Digital Engineering team supporting enterprise applications. This role will focus on building scalable, high-performance user interfaces while collaborating closely with backend engineers, product teams, and UX designers.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in front-end development and experience working with the latest versions of Angular. This team is also beginning to incorporate AI-assisted development tools into their workflow, so we are looking for engineers who are comfortable leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and code quality.

This is a hands-on development role within a fast-paced, Agile environment, contributing to modernizing applications and delivering high-quality digital experiences at scale.

Must Have Skills:

·        5+ years of front-end development experience

·        Strong hands-on experience with modern Angular (v16+)

·        Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

·        Experience building responsive, high-performance web applications

·        Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management (e.g., RxJS, NgRx or similar)

·        Experience integrating with REST APIs / backend services

·        Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve productivity

·        Understanding of web performance optimization and debugging

·        Experience with version control systems (Git) and standard development workflows

Nice to Have Skills:

·        Experience with Angular latest versions (v16+) and standalone components

·        Exposure to AI-driven features within applications (not just using AI tools, but building AI-enabled UI/UX)

·        Experience with Node.js or backend integration concepts

·        Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)

·        Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Jest, etc.)

·        Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

·        Experience working in enterprise-scale applications

·        Familiarity with design systems or UI component libraries (Material, Bootstrap, etc.)

·        Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
