Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Boomi Developers to support a transition of previously outsourced UKG integration work to an in-house team. This position involves building and supporting integrations between UKG products and various SaaS applications using Dell Boomi. The roles will focus on a main project to integrate UKG Workforce Management and Time & Attendance products with a mobile handheld solution to enable features like mobile check-in, vacation management, and other employee updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support integrations between UKG products and various SaaS applications using Dell Boomi.
- Develop new integrations and provide enhancements or production support for existing ones.
- Work with UKG Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Advance Scheduler, UKG Pro, and UKG 1View.
- Integrate with third-party vendor systems and internal UKG platforms.
- Handle a mix of real-time, batch, and scheduled integrations.
- Establish and document new Boomi standards and best practices for the organization.
- The Lead Developer will own and guide the integration project, while the Mid-level Developer will focus more on development and production support.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Mid-Level Developer: 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on Boomi development experience, specifically with UKG products.
- Strong background in UKG Time & Attendance and Workforce Management.
- Boomi Professional Integration Developer Certification (Active).
- Boomi API Management Certificate (Active).
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in the Dell Boomi integration platform.
- Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management and Time & Attendance is required.
Certifications:- Boomi Professional Integration Developer Certification (Active).
- Boomi API Management Certificate (Active).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Advance Scheduler.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro (Payroll) and UKG 1View.
