Seeking a UX Designer who knows how to turn intranet platforms into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. This role is heavily focused on SharePoint Online UX, working across global teams to improve usability, adoption, and design consistency.
REQUIRED:
- Strong UX portfolio (enterprise/intranet experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online UX design
- Experience in large, global organizations
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Location: Remote (Must sit in EST)

Job Duties
- Design user-centered intranet experiences within SharePoint Online
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflows that scale across global audiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-backed design decisions
- Partner closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design across devices
- Translate business needs into clean, intuitive UX solutions
Technical Skills / Experience
- Strong UX portfolio (enterprise/intranet experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online UX design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design (mobile ultrawide)
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract role
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in large, global organizations
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
