Summary
- Candidate should have 5+ years hands-on Middleware support experience (not just system admin).
- Strong in Apache Tomcat installation, configuration, troubleshooting & production support.
- Linux expert should be comfortable with logs, performance tuning, shell commands, and incident handling.
- Experience supporting enterprise middleware platforms in production (banking/large environments preferred).
- Nice to have: F5 load balancer or Cloud (AWS/Azure) exposure.
