Job Overview

Marvin Roanoke is looking for a Process Engineer. We are seeking a driven Process Engineer to lead initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes, equipment performance, operating procedures, and overall technical capabilities. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with a variety of manufacturing operations to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and support the advancement of our core competencies.

Highlights of your role

This role supports production by delivering both strategic improvement plans and immediate solutions to daily operational issues. It uses advanced process engineering and lean methods to enhance manufacturing performance, develop standard work, and improve process reliability. The position partners closely with Quality, Controls, Equipment Planning, Maintenance, and CI teams to strengthen processes, optimize equipment and workflow, support capital planning, and lead activities such as time studies, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor's or higher degree from accredited engineering college or university (Industrial Engineering degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing process improvements and lean principles
  • Significant understanding to develop and support an environment employing a mix of automated, semi-automated and hand assembly operations
  • Verifiable track record and accomplishments leading operational transformations.
