About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong electrical construction experience to oversee projects from start to finish. This role focuses on coordinating people, schedules, materials, and budgets to ensure electrical work is completed safely, correctly, and on time.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting field electricians, supervisors, subcontractors, and internal operations teams.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Manage electrical construction projects through all phases: planning, execution, and close-out

• Coordinate electrical scope, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment

• Work closely with field leadership to support daily electrical operations

• Review electrical drawings, scopes of work, and project plans

• Track project progress, costs, and labor productivity

• Manage change orders, RFIs, and scope adjustments related to electrical work

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and quality standards

• Communicate with customers, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and forecasts

• Support teams in resolving field issues quickly and effectively

Electrical Experience Required

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects

• Understanding of commercial or industrial electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

• Experience coordinating electricians, foremen, and subcontractors

• Familiarity with electrical materials, equipment, and procurement timelines

• Working knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and inspections

• Experience managing electrical change orders and field-driven scope changes
