We are hiring a Senior Lead Full Stack Developer for a full-time position based in Santa Monica, California with a leading aviation technology company. This organization builds highly reliable, mission critical software supporting flight operations, safety systems, and enterprise aviation platforms. The technology stack includes React on the frontend and Golang, Node.js, and/or Java on the backend, operating on modern cloud-based infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of professional software development experience
Expert-level experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Deep backend expertise with Golang, Node.js, or Java (expert in at least one)
Proven ability to design and scale large distributed systems
Significant experience leading teams as a Senior/Lead Engineer or Tech Lead
Strong experience with API design, system architecture, and performance optimization
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience in aviation, aerospace, transportation, or safety-critical domains
Experience designing high-availability and fault-tolerant systems
Cloud-native architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience influencing engineering standards across multiple teams
Mentorship experience at senior and mid-level engineering tiers
