Remote Role Role and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM implementations. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, automated workflows, and dashboards. Configure forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other modules (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps) and external systems using REST or SOAP APIs. Facilitate risk assessments, control testing, and issue management processes.
