evolve intelligent, API-driven automation solutions that eliminate manual toil, accelerate
delivery, and improve operational resilience across enterprise platforms.
This role requires deep expertise in scripting (preferably Python), strong experience
working with REST/JSON APIs, and hands-on ability to leverage Agentic AI frameworks by
orchestrating AI agents through API endpoints to drive autonomous workflows,
decision-making, and self-healing automation.
The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, partners closely with engineering,
SRE, and platform teams, and brings a forward-looking mindset to AI-augmented
automation while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Python and
other scripting languages to eliminate manual and repetitive operational tasks.
Build API-first automation by integrating internal and external systems using
RESTful services, webhooks, and event-driven patterns
Implement Agentic AI workflows by orchestrating AI agents via API endpoints to
perform autonomous tasks such as remediation, validation, orchestration, and
decision support
Develop automation that integrates with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure platforms,
middleware, and application ecosystems
Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, and
Application teams to automate reliability, resiliency, and operational insights
Create reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and services that scale across
portfolios and lines of business
Ensure automation solutions follow enterprise standards for security, auditability,
resiliency, and compliance
Document automation designs, AI agent behaviors, APIs, and operational runbooks
to support long-term maintainability
Continuously evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies and introduce
innovations that improve efficiency and developer experience
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in Python and Shell scripting for automation, orchestration, and
systems integration
Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication
mechanisms, and API lifecycle management

practices
Experience integrating automation with infrastructure, middleware, or application
platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze manual processes and
convert them into scalable automation solutions
Ability to work effectively in a large, complex enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or consuming Agentic AI systems, including coordinating
multiple AI agents via API endpoints
Familiarity with LLM-based services, AI orchestration patterns, or AI-assisted
decision workflows
Experience with containerization and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or
OpenShift
Exposure to event-driven architectures, async workflows, or job-based
automation models
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments
Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex
automation and AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
