Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Technical Project Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background combined with proven project management expertise. The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, oversee development teams, and ensure successful execution of projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture

• Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
• Lead architectural discussions and make critical design decisions.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Ensure systems are aligned with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements.

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies are followed effectively.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Mentor and guide developers and junior architects.
• Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across teams.

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3–5 years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in:
  • .NET / .NET Core ecosystem
  • C#
  • Microservices architecture
  • RESTful API design
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Certifications such as:
  • AWS Solutions Architect
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems.
• Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience working in regulated environments (finance, government, etc.).
