Job Description:
Must have 10+ years overall Networking experience. Must have worked in a lead / senior engineer role.
Experience in large, multi-site enterprise environments. Can explain architecture decisions (not just support tasks).
Must have 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking.
Must have 2+ years of experience in lead-level design experience with NSX, AWS, and Palo Alto.
Strong troubleshooting in hybrid (on-prem + AWS) environments.
VMware NSX (Federation, micro-segmentation, firewalling) enterprise scale.
Aruba Wireless (design & configuration).
Aruba ClearPass (authentication & NAC)
AWS Networking (VPCs, routing, security)
Palo Alto NGFW + Panorama (design, policies, threat prevention)

Core Technical Must-Haves
VMware NSX hands-on, enterprise environment
NSX Federation (multi-site) minimum 2+ years
NSX micro-segmentation & firewalling hands-on
Aruba Wireless design & configuration
Aruba ClearPass authentication & NAC
AWS Networking VPCs, routing, security
Palo Alto NGFW design, configuration, troubleshooting
Panorama policies, threat prevention

Preferred:
Palo Alto Certification (PCNSE)
AWS / VMware certifications
Zero-Trust architecture experience
Large, multi-site enterprise environments

Certifications (Strong Preference)
Palo Alto Certification (PCNSE or equivalent) preferred
AWS / VMware certifications nice to have
