Salesforce Delivery Manager
We are partnering with our client to identify a highly technical Manager of Salesforce Delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role for a Salesforce expert who has grown through the ecosystem and can lead by example through development, configuration, architecture reviews, and delivery execution.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based DevOps practices, and Agile delivery within large-scale enterprise environments.
This leader will own execution of the Salesforce product roadmap while managing a multidisciplinary team of developers, administrators, release engineers, and architects. The role will focus heavily on stabilizing delivery operations, modernizing CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment cadence, and supporting the replacement of legacy CRM systems.
Candidates must possess strong technical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to challenge recommendations that are not aligned with Salesforce best practices. This is not a project management role, candidates must have strong hands on Salesforce engineering and DevOps leadership experience.
Travel is required for quarterly PI planning sessions, leadership meetings, and annual conferences.
Location: Mostly Remote with 20% travel to Overland Park, KS
