Must-Have Skills
· 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role
· Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
· Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
· Knowledge of databases, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
Description
· A Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and designing technology solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
· The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that technology solutions meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
· Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
· Evaluate current systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
· Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
· Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
· Participate in system design, configuration, integration, and implementation activities. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
· Provide support during system deployments and post-implementation activities.
· Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
· Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare training materials and assist end users with new system adoption.
