Job Details

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with solid experience in Commercial Fire Sprinkler, AutoSprink, NICET, and Procore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fire sprinkler services, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of fire sprinkler services, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
2. Ensure all fire sprinkler systems are compliant with local, state, and national fire and safety regulations.
3. Utilize AutoSprink software for design and layout of fire sprinkler systems.
4. Coordinate with construction teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient installation of fire sprinkler systems.
5. Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire sprinkler systems to ensure optimal functionality.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to the fire sprinkler service team.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing high-quality customer service at all times.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and project bids.
9. Use Procore software for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
10. Stay updated on the latest advancements in fire sprinkler technology and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler services, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in Commercial Fire Sprinkler, AutoSprink, NICET, and Procore.
3. Strong understanding of local, state, and national fire and safety regulations.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
7. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex fire sprinkler systems.
8. Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in fire sprinkler technology and safety regulations.
9. Ability to provide technical guidance and training to team members.
10. High level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding company values and principles.
