Summary

Process Consultant to work with business and IT stakeholders to document end-to-end processes for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SAM, GRC etc.)
Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to capture current-state processes for ITSM, SAM, and GRC
Define future-state processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and ITIL best practices.
Create BPMN diagrams, SOPs, RACI matrices, and process playbooks for ServiceNow modules
Align process handoffs between business and technology teams, and produce clear, standardized documentation
Map current-state workflows, user journeys, and value streams
Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, policies, and pain points.
Design future-state processes aligned to business outcomes, controls, and SLAs
Establish process controls, KPIs, and compliance checkpoints.
Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and document opportunities
5 - 10 years experience: in IT process consulting with ServiceNow focus
Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and ServiceNow best practices
Hands-on experience with ITSM, SAM, and GRC workflows
