Summary
Position Description and Job Skill Set:
Required Skills/Experience
- Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher; making changes to existing business
- processes, data views, user defined reports, BI custom prints, etc. Ability to identify configuration defects and make
- the necessary corrections and to assist application administrators with first level user support. Also responsible for
- maintaining existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the DFA Bureau of Buildings (BOB) project listing web
- pages.
- This engagement will have two primary objectives. First, to support existing staff with the administration and
- maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier and support the DFA business owners within the Bureau of Building,
- Grounds, and Real Property Management. Secondary but of equal importance, the creation of a new web application
- for DFA''s existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier.
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, .NET Framework 4.0.0, ASP.NET (VB.NET), .NET Core 8 through 10,
- Windows Server versions 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL required. Drupal 10 and 11 CMS knowledge would be a plus, as ultimately Reservations will be accessed via the DFA website. The person selected will be expected to
- upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10. This will be a collaborative process requiring working
- closely with existing staff and other contractors, so communication, cross training, and flexibility in priorities and working with deadlines are required.
Required Skills/Experience
- To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field.
- Seven (7) years or more of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required)
- Seven (7) years or more of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages
- Five (5) years or more of direct database design and administration.
- Five (5) years or more of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio to include the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2
- Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming
- Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database
- Proficient with IIS configuration
- Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025
- Advanced knowledge of C#
- Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
- Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills.
- Drupal Content Management System versions 10 and 11, and web application development and the ability to publish
web applications via Visual Studio to IIS.
