Pay Rate: $70.94-75Top Requirements:4+ years of Systems Architecture experience (or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military, or education).Hands-on GenAI & Agentic Architecture experience (LLM reasoning, agentic workflows, GenAI architecture patterns).Architecture as Code (AaC) / Model-Driven Architecture using Structurizr, C4 modeling, automation scripting, and CI/CD integration.Azure + Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) architecture experience, including onboarding, landing zones, and SDLC integration.Enterprise architecture execution skills - hands-on builder, not advisory only.Plusses:Infrastructure automation + next-gen Permit-to-Build automation.Governance automation and deep familiarity with DCMS / architecture governance frameworks.Experience developing enterprise reference architectures, archetype patterns, and code templates.Ability to deliver POCs, prototypes, and automated architecture validation pipelines.Strong cross-functional influence skills across platform, risk, engineering, and CTO leadership.Job Summary:In this contingent Systems Architect assignment, the GenAI Architecture Consultant will support moderately complex architectural initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning across enterprise systems. The role focuses on designing next-generation AI-augmented architecture patterns, implementing agentic workflows, automating governance processes, and operationalizing Architecture-as-Code within developer pipelines. The consultant will collaborate with CTO Architecture, platform engineering, cloud teams, security, and risk partners to design modern, scalable, AI-enabled architecture frameworks that elevate engineering velocity and reduce operational and regulatory risk.
This role is critical to advancing DCMS, GenAI, and CTO Architecture OKRs, including modernization of enterprise patterns, cloud onboarding, and AI-first governance capabilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:1. AI-Augmented & Agentic Architecture- Design and prototype GenAI and agentic architecture patterns.
- Build hands-on POCs that enhance observability, governance, and platform intelligence.
- Apply LLM reasoning for architecture validation and decision support.
2. Architecture as Code (AaC) & Automation- Automate Structurizr/C4 models with scripts, generators, and pipelines.
- Embed architecture validation directly into CI/CD workflows.
- Deliver architecture models as living code-based assets-not static documentation.
3. Architecture Governance & DCMS Enforcement- Produce high-quality architecture deliverables.
- Validate architecture submissions and correct design inconsistencies.
- Enhance developer experience through standardized governance patterns.
4. Cloud Platform Architecture (Azure & Google Cloud Platform)- Lead cloud onboarding architecture, including PAA onboarding and landing zone alignment.
- Support tooling integrations, dev-environment patterns, and reusable accelerators.
5. Enterprise Patterns & Reference Architectures- Advance Archetype 2.0 patterns and enterprise guidance.
- Deliver code templates, reference implementations, and prototype apps.
6. Next-Gen Permit-to-Build & Infrastructure Automation- Co-design automated Permit-to-Build flows integrating LLM-based reasoning.
- Implement automated validations, metadata ingestion, and model-driven architecture tooling.
